For years they've been posting about equal pay and it is absolutely crap. Standing up for women my a$$. Easy for Irina to say since she's probably getting a massive payout. I was underpaid for years and had to fight tooth and nail to get even close to my male counterparts. Horizon underpays as it is and uses stock as a way of pinning people against their salary that actually pays the bills.
