Triad?

If you meet one of the following requirements, a sales role with convatec does makes sense:

1) You have several starving children at home and will do anything for a pay check
2) You are completely unqualified for any sales related role
3) You are seeking a sales role where you will quit in a few months
4) You are seeking a sales role where no direction, strategy, training are provided
5) You are seeking a sales role where your fellow sales reps are also unqualified, unmotivated, and clueless
6) You are seeking sales training which will not tell you the truth about how the majority of convatec’s products have seen better days, are mediocre at best, and some- convatec’s foam dressings, Avelle negative pressure device, will not function properly, and will result in making the clinician’s lives and their patients lives more difficult

That’s about the most laughable/incredibly stupid comment that I think I’ve ever heard, for someone to “fear” anything related to convatec. I think clueless might be the appropriate word to describe you…

multibillion dollar company, versus one trick ponies who have histories of fraud/lawsuits that are losing market share, or “me-too” penny stock companies lmao

How is the product doing? How are sales? Will it be more difficult when CMS makes the changes to reduce the number of applications?

Great unique product, chance to make a lot of money, but horrible management that needs to be removed by original Convatec leaders. I’m glad I left that shit show early this year

The managers are all Harvard/ Stanford MBA’s. They are the cream of the crop! It’s more difficult to become a manager or sales rep at Convatec than to become a NASA astronaut. If you are fortunate enough to be selected, you will find yourself working with some of the most self driven, hard working, intellects in the industry. The products are without peer. Especially Flexi
seal- the product that’s crammed up a sick person’s butt, and Avelle- the product that was designed by Mattel to be used to withdraw water from aquariums.

Now that is hilarious! Our RSMs were all idiots who only held their RSM job by kissing up, and not asking questions. 4 year degree, but not Ivy League. Don't ever look up, or speak up. No one, especially MBA from Harvard or Stanford would ever sign on with CVT!
I do agree that the products, for the most part, were and are good.
