she was her own worst enemy. she claimed to delegate however was a control freak. The mood here is SO MUCH better now. heck, she didn't even welcome the people from the two companies we bought at the Vegas NBM. Plus, she would use the VOE as a DM 360. Great leaders listen to other people for better ways to do things - they are not threatened by it.
