Former OraPharma rep here, what’s up with the layoffs earlier this year? Looks like good people let go.
I think they are down to their skeleton crew on the AM side. If you ask around, their headcount is non-existent. Plus, they pushed out all their reputable reps who hit numbers. What they need to do is hit the reset button, push out the existing upper mgmt sales people, and even consider new leadership. Also, their sales model makes no sense at all.Brutal shitshow. How awful was this?
