What always symbolized a cornerstone of stability , American family, American jobs just within the last 5 years turned into international cartel where loyalty is gone, dubious short lived management alienates the backbone employees who had been here for decades and runs the new J&J into the ground. J&J today is a microcosm of what is being done to our beloved country.
Every meeting starts with the lessons of DE&I , just like they did in the Soviet Union with the lessons of Marxism. Take away pensions . Ensure that those young woke employees will never stay here for more than 2-3 years. That’s what you wanted. Hope you love it now.

Correct. DE&I has replaced the credo as the annoying subject you have to visit for 10
minutes during meetings.
 


Ask them why DEI training doesn’t address the fact that JNJ sponsors 1000’s of green cards every year.

Why can’t they find Latinos who are already in the US to fill jobs?
