I’d stay far away. A ton of people left last year, including myself- just look around on linkedin. A friend recently told me majority of TM’s are well below quota. Quotas are too aggressive for a slow growing last place company like cerenovus. If you like making just your base salary i’d say go for it. Otherwise check out microvention, stryker, penumbra, mdt, etc.
 




TONS of turnover due to aggressive quota leading to low to no bonus payouts. Fully expect to make 100-120k a year. Most of it will be your salary. Go to a real INR company and make real $.
 


Sales Leadership and culture are terrible here. Take this job, you will need a second job just to pay the bills. The comp structure is too complicated with too many exceptions designed to screw people out of money. Do yourself a favor and pass.
 


Saki P. Has taken over as VP about a year ago and has managed to run morale, compensation for the field, product launches into the ground at record rate. He clearly has no idea what he is doing. This company is quickly turning into a last place company in this segment. Pathetic. Just ask any TM about their compensation the last half of last year…..

SP is terrible. I never remember turnover being so high at Cerenovus. Funny how the salesforce is supposed to be launching new products this year but no one will be here to launch them, hahha!!!
