That's good to know. Many reasons why I walked away from this place after interviews. I heard it had such a bad reputation.

What about our training dept??

 

They have gutted marketing and training and a few other people here. Brought in all new people to clean this mess up. I've been here a couple of years and there have been so many changes. Frankly, I've met the CIO and many of the new people and really like them. Hopefully they can turn this ship around. Personally I like it here and this is why I stay.

 

You people have nothing to do but to complain. If there is anything that needs to be done, instead of complaining why don't you You find solutions? I've been here 3 years and really like it. People are very nice and while we have had quite a bit of turnover the new folks are really great. It wasn't working before so something has to be done. The new COO seems very capable as well.

 

Yes! Been here 5 years and the people that were canned dis nothing. There are still a few that remain the should be canned. The new people were brought in for a reason.

For all you idiots looking at the negative and trashing this company, things will change. I have been here a while and I'm hoping that the ship can be course corrected. Many of us have seen the changes and hopefully these are for the better. I truly believe they are. We need to be part of the answer and I believe the new COO and other people are making things better. So sick of the naysayers here
