162k is not the ceiling. I’d say 99% of reps make considerably more than that, but most have 10-30 years experience. Target bonus is low 40s. Some hit that, some don’t. I don’t know the FL manager very well but seems like a decent guy. But I wouldn’t take any job without talking to some of the manager’s current or former reps. Metrics have gotten worse. But just get your calls in a couple times a month and all is good. Like anywhere, if you have a good manager the culture is good.
