Her last few companies have only had to suffer through her for 1.5- 3 years, may we be so lucky. She has no clue how to motivate a sales team. I think she was a rep for like 1 year in the 90's and is now either a total egomaniac intent on pushing her plans and changes no matter what, or she is a clueless puppet being used by J&J to force turnover. I have yet to meet a single employee that likes her. Says a lot.
