Sturgis site is falling apart dilapidated equipment, outdated processes and too much political focus. Abbott has turned astronomically woke and needs to worry more about the business and less about pride. Focus on employee training/retention more and less on feelings. Does anyone else in AN feel this same way?

AN management team is at fault for Sturgis debacle. When will DOJ file indictments?

No. Go cry “woke” somewhere else. People leave management/companies because it sucks to work for them/there, not because of pride month.

2 new lawsuits filed just this week against Ford and the board of directors including Miles White. Insider trading, breach of fiduciary duties resulting in billions of dollars in losses to the company’s value.

These lawsuits contain very serious allegations and cite a number of whistleblowers. This is bad.

Reading this new information is chilling. Sturgis has been crawling with cronobacter for years along with a culture of deliberately hiding problems from FDA inspectors. Robert Ford and the Board of Directors have ignored it. Even worse they have made themselves personally more wealthy off it by failing to disclose information to shareholders while artificially inflating the Abbott stock price (through stock buybacks and then personally selling stock). Plus their bonus compensation is directly tied to the performance of Abbott’s financial performance. When do the arrests begin?
 


Hey sturgis is it getting any better? We keep hearing you guys are doing way better. After reading this thread I’m not sure we are being told the truth. I truly hope you get the management problem taken care of. Good luck.
 


Sturgis is not getting better. The plant is being led by yes men. Yes men without a god damn clue. Shareholders would be busting down the door if they new we were still dealing with leaks that management doesn’t want to deal with and positive cronobacter hits. This is after all of the corrective measures. And IEH on-site. This is a criminal conspiracy. They still do not have a answer.

No one is surprised.
 




The Sturgis site is NOT any better off under this management structure. The people still in charge are continuing to make the same mistakes there predecessors made while IEH is hold their hand. This place needs to be shutdown and a solid plan in place. They continue to produce below average product all in the name of just get it done. We have to ship it out. Metal, cronobacter, bugs and management that doesn’t care a recipe for another recall.
