The culture at Abbott POC is bad. Not as bad as when SB / JD / CT / RF were destroying the business and moving all the people out. Lots of quality issues as they got rid of most of the people who built it up. No new products with any potential upside for a while. The launch of TBI is not market ready. Lots of micromanagement. I would avoid. There are better companies with better culture, way better pay and a better work/ life balance.

what's funny is TBI got fact checked by another department outside of Alinity and the results didn't match up.

Eric S ran this into the ground. Not investing in High Sensitivity Trop. Not investing in 510Ks for cartridges that changed a lot. Launching plasma TBI not market ready. Hiring MT and a bunch of finance / strategy ppl to run a sales force (they are clueless). Running off anyone trying to change things to be more sales and customer focused. It's a shame. the i-stat sells itself.
