New Biogen MDD Territory Manager role paying up to $180,500!!

You must have missed the debacle at ITCI when they found out they couldn’t hire a bunch of Sunovion reps because of non-competes. Offers went out and were rescinded after the lawyers got involved.

Non-competes generally don’t mean squat unless the employer seeks to enforce them.
And did ITCI keep those reps employed, or did they feel satisfied ruining a bunch of people’s lives, just trying to do better for themselves and their families, because of their ego and a hot mess power trip.

If a company decides to rescind an offer, can’t control that. But if a former employer decides to take the rep to court, countersue.

**Sunovian. My bad.

I think it depends on the hiring company. I once had co-workers leave for a new launch and the old company did get their lawyers involved. Nothing happened. Colleagues started their new jobs and went on with their lives. I, among others, left for the new company with their first expansion. Lawyers involved again. Again, nothing happened.

Legal intervention is what a company with slave mentality does. Sorry big guy. You don’t own people. And they’ll take their chances and leave if your company is toxic. I don’t know this company, but a few scrolls in and I can guess.

Intracellular did keep a few of the people who already signed paperwork and put in their two week notice with Sunovion. But they clawed back verbal offers and removed candidates from the interview process. Hard to believe Sunovion took legal action to handicap employees who wanted out. But they did.

That’s disgusting. Treating people like property.

Non-competes won't mean a thing for the majority of people who sign them, but many companies have exercised their legal rights when enough people leave at once for a better opportunity. Play with fire and you might get burnt. What does it say about an organization that they aren't confident to provide a work environment good enough to prevent a mass exodus?

What is the salary range seriously? I have an interview Monday and the recruiter told me it was good but didnt give a dollar amount?

If it’s with Brady hill they offer you $500k because they know working with him you’ll only last 6 months but the pay is worth putting up with him and his tactics
