You get a Toyota Rav 4. It’s nice, man. The pain drug is a tough sell. If you get a cool DM, you might be able to use this as a stepping stone. There are some real toxic DM’s out there, and incompetent ones as well.

If you're allowed to order a brand new one (as opposed to the more likely scenario of getting one transferred to you), a Toyota Sienna is sometimes offered but the upcharge is about 3k and you won't get that back.
