Focus on your health, not your career.

Worst mistake I made in my younger years of life. I am fortunate to have good genetics and still in very good shape, but I missed out on a lot of better opportunities when I was younger with my health by not taking my health as seriously as I have in my later years. Even when you are young and in shape, you should work out and eat good, because this will set you up to easily live into your mid 90s. Walking about 1-3 hours a day is a great goal to set. Most people (wrongly) focus on their careers, and that is stupid.

If you are working more than 8 hours a day, you should do an evaluation on your life and health.

Work is overrated past 8 hours.

This is more true if you are working for another person/organization.
