So basically Radius took out a loan and used their future royalty payments as collateral? Do I have this right? And they want to use the funds to bolster their bone business? Must be running low on cash.

Or sold their right to get profits from their cancer drug and got paid for it…now they can sell the company and look profitable low debt or they can but another product then sell the company…
