Interviewed yesterday and got an offer today. 2 interviews back to back - they move you forward to second only if they want to hire you. First interview is with DM and second is with Syneos manager. Base, commission, company car. Very laid back and easy interview.

Did you have to travel out of your city for live interview at a mass event at a hotel or was it local?
Not online I assume?

Did you have two back to back interviews with Syneos? I’ve had the same positive experience, except my first interview was with the hiring manager from AZ. The final interview was yesterday with Syneos, so I am hoping to hear back soon on an offer.
 




did a screening interview, live interview with 2 AZ managers, then a final interview virtually with Syneos manager. All interviews were conducted fairly and reasonably. Got the offer for the job with compensation within the range mentioned above. Start date coming up. All good in the neighborhood.
