Has anyone else ever been pushed out by their rep counterpart? Made a transition from a top company to Stryker and didn’t even make it a year before a lazy weasel did a hell of a job creating a false narrative to the RM. Stryker really lived up to the stereotype.
 


Not sure why you’re surprised. This happens all the time in sales. Stryker sales has a bunch of assholes who would run you over with a bus if it means they get a penny in their pocket or potential for a penny.

Stryker is toxic - constantly pushing DEI and other bullshit programs that have nothing to do with business.
