Mass move to reduce spend to improve gross to net to maximize sale price….ie: select layoffs, budget freeze, no backfill, priceincreases….. next step send waves of uncertainty through org…that drive departures at the discretion of employees, offers for new positions rescinded… all by design so there no obligation for severance or WARN Notices. HOLD TIGHT… so you get severance and buyout premium and acceleration on equity when the buyout lands

For whoever is thinking Oct 16th as judgement day all I can say is from your mouth to Gods ears! Thats the only way 70% of SF is going to actually make money at this company ... unfortunately with the hiring expansion moving forward, NSM announcement etc, Maybe October 16 2024 is more likely...
