Does anyone know if we will return to Red and Blue? Will there be a change in model in CNS?

Why on earth would we? The current model is bad, red/blue was worse.Does anyone know if we will return to Red and Blue? Will there be a change in model in CNS?

What are you talking about? Spread too thin with so many offices closed forever? If you can't finish your route by Wednesday at the latest you are not working your territory effectively. You bring nothing new to your customers anyways, and "checking samples" is not a call that warrants driving for hours to get nothing accomplished. This is not working. Senior Reps are spread too thin with too heavy of a work level. There was a rumor that CNS would get a new sales team. Has anyone heard the same?
Both drugs are down because of "message fatigue", and the simple fact that our competitors Latuda and Vraylar are better. Nobody wants to listen to the same old story over and over again. The new Rexulti indication causes a "yawn" in most prescribers. And that won't change.A change in model is coming, Allison mentioned something about it in a town hall. And Mo said not to worry about it the Friday afterwards. Maintena sales were down for a long time probably bc non hospital reps were suddenly selling to hospitals. Rexulti sales could be down because hospital reps don’t care as much about it (that is pure speculation).
Sr HSA model is not working and people are unhappy. Agitation is spread way too thin, covering several territories and LTC plus outpatient accounts. Regular CNS reps are spread too thin and directions from home office are conflicting.
We are due for a re org, but worst case scenario we get fat severance packages and go sell competition drugs. I think it’ll be okay, I’m curious what the meeting on Thursday will be about.
Otsuka management lives in a make belief world. Time to take the rose-colored glasses off!Blue/Red whatever you want to call it, here we go again. We wouldn't be in this situation without CEM and BTW CEM is an epic failure! They could have saved money by not screwing with district leadership, umm not having Sra HSA...(dumbest position ever, let's go and promote a bunch of people who have never managed to manage and sell. FYI the Sr HSAs are too busy trying to be managers than working their call plan. Wonder why numbers are dismal? However, to be fair Otsuka trained them a year into the role...WTF! The jury is still out if the manager training worked but whatever. In a nutshell, leadership should have said to collaborate more with your matrix and we will evaluate you on that with an MBO. Most of the CEM Kool-Aid drinkers are gone yet a few remain at the top. I can guarantee they will not be held accountable. Why on earth would you rock a boat that much before two critical launches? Leadership at Otsuka amazes me.
