Good luck to the people who were kept on. All of Amgen will be watching the rare disease BU and the layoffs targeted the people who kept things running in the background. Do you think Amgen is going to step in and provide that internal support? They don't even know how we get stuff done around here.
Not to mention the compensation cuts.. that email with the fancy formula on calculating 2024 LTI targets? A lot of words to say "we're screwing you".
 




Maybe there will be additional layoffs, that will likely be with the reps. critical roles within HZNP HQ were kept, offered a solid retention bonus along with additional compensation outside of not having their salaries touched. Don't be such a hater my friend.

So the LTI award is way less than we are used to getting. But still way higher than what Amgen gets in terms of dollars. Stop hating.

If you still have a job with Amgen, I would recommend you actively pursue new career opportunities ASAP. Within 12 months, most of Horizon legacy will be fired or laid off. Stop being stupid.

Why would you last longer than Horizon reps?? Enbrel sales are down! Horizon reps are rare disease with unprecedented growth with their products. What are you??
