Why only OG CTAMs get retention?

The legacy (OG) CTAMs are receiving a retention that's 50% of their base salary. CTAS team and newer CTAMs are not. Why?

Excellent question. Guess they only value the OG’s? And they were so hush hush about it. Had to find out through the grapevine. Not cool.

Don’t feel sorry for anyone at KITE. Original CTAMS, RADS, and remaining Field Director (burp), all made a lot of money for doing very little. Go back to reality that you’re just a rep. Be happy you were retained.
