Regional Sales Manager Openings - Comp?




I see a couple of Regional Sales Manager openings with CVT in various locations. Anyone know anything about the comp plan for those roles?

There are at least 5-6 Convatec Regional Sales Managers currently looking for new jobs in the USA - that should be all the information you need. This place is a career cemetery - at any level.
 


5 of the 6 RSM I have had while here have all been fired....let me correct that, one was moved to a lower position where she could do the least amount of harm after about 5 of her reps jumped ship within a year of her being made RSM. Worse manager ever! Corp. CVT does not make good choices, but if you are a me-too person, you will fit right in. If you like to critically think, it won't last.
 










FINALLY! The worst manager ever was finally let go! CM every person who has left her region did so because of her poor management skills. She’s a bully and an abuser. With complaint after complaint to HR and nothing was ever done. Good riddance!!!

TBH 50% of the current RSM’s at Convatec need to go. Too many RSM’s comfortable in roles and doing the bare minimum.
 


I lasted 1 year working for CM and that was enough. There was no way I could continue. About time Convatec woke up.

Convatec should continue to clean house in the RSM department. RSM evaluations and reviews done by subordinates would quickly identify the bad apples. Too many RSM’s doing the bare minimum.
 














You can add the RSM bozo/clown David Nix- the NW surgical RSM. He’s so completely unqualified and very strange

Looks like he moved on from Convatec. When you get hired he'll say 'treat this like you've invested a Million $$ and it's your own business". That's so you'll leave hm alone so he can play golf. He will never answer your phone calls, tell you never to reach out to anyone beyond him, and will only contact you by text when activity/CRM reports are due haha. He once tried to give me unsolicited advice and said the 'key to looking like a leader is to ask people questions with answers you already know.' It was so cringy. This guy does so little for a business except check boxes. Entire West team left or Nix personally had Jersey trash in HR get rid of them.

Hahahah Little Nixie. Don't forget the useless West rep down in San Diego, Drew. Convatec was a corporate bloat kinda place where if you weren't a TM, you were just trying to put your fingerprint on things and to get credit in front of peers.
