Yeah, it is, mayne!

I’ve never seen anything like this company. Treat employees like a number and threaten to take 20% of pay if you don’t get 6 signatures a day. There is a reason people are leaving so frequently. Leadership is out of touch and employees have been upset for a long time. Nextstellis isn’t what they thought it was and that’s been clear for a long time. I feel for all the current employees and applaud the ones that left, no longer dealing with the dumpster fire.

How are they keeping the lights on? This is pitiful. I can’t keep working here and barely make any bonus money.

If you are relying on bonus money in medical dermatology, you have more problems than keeping your job at this ‘fabulous’ company!

bottom line, companies with only a med derm portfolio cannot weather the market access environment. Playing the ‘pharmacy game’ for me too products is a joke.
