In 2023, tons of Acthar sales reps, reimbursement people, and other key people have bailed. It’s not like two or three people have left. It’s half the reimbursement team and sales is losing one rep nearly every week.

The company canned the remaining two Reimbursement Directors and earlier, they canned a sales director or two.

The company was pretty decent 6-10 years ago, but endless poor management decisions have led us to the brink of total failure. MNK sucks. It sucks badly, morale is the worst and communication is non-existant. No one has a solid plan to fix anything either.

Leave while you can! Don’t buy the stock!!!!! Remember to take your PTO too! It’s use it or lose it. Cash in Impact points.

Got out years ago. Dumbest Senior Leadership team I had ever encountered…Especially Finkel…they don’t understand the business and continue to double down in their dumb ideas then are mystified when it doesn’t work. The “One Acthar” was the nail in the coffin on the Immunology side. Who focuses on their product and not the customer?

This place was a good place to work..once. The bleed continues and more are leaving here soon. A great company that pays well has offers out to several people on both the sales side and the reimbursement side.

I am waiting on interviews to start back up for this same company. Once they do, I will do everything I can to convince them to hire me.

I can’t believe I’ve stayed at MNK and can’t wait to leave.

If you’re interviewing to come here, please reconsider. It’s very weird here. The so called leaders are just making things up as they go and it’s a joke. You’ll hate it, so please don’t waste your time.

They are leaving due to managers and hostile work environment. Interviewed with manager Bill P. from Chicago - Immunology recently. He's smartest man in any room, just ask him. He's not, overcompensates being arrogant, argumentative, critical of current employees. Told me he doesn't need his manager, Mel, to interview potential candidates, she is not competent to hire the right person. He also negative about current Access & Reimbursement Managers, stating they don't know how to do their job. Pathetic lil man!

He was so messed up at the meeting in Nashville that he lost both phones and didn’t show up for the meeting the next day. He even got into trouble about some rep but she quit.

Toxic culture. Mean leadership. Awful environment.
