As a Tolmar representative of one year, I am concerned abut the 20ish representatives that have resigned or been asked to leave within the year. RSM’s in that count too. Higher than 20% turnover, or forced out, based on number of sales reps. This over exceeds industry norm. Two-thirds of our team is looking to leave. What gives? How can a company be productive with revolving door and the financial investment into reps who leave in a short period of time? Does leadership look on the mirror?
