Couldnt agree more with this assessment. The entire executive management team that drove our DEI game are gone. CEO, CFO, HR, BD, R&D, etc. They built a middle management layer of complete incompetence and the result was a pennie stock. Dont believe me? Go read the lawsuits outstanding right now describing how they manually managed rebates and payroll in spreadsheets because nobody knew how to build systems to do the monkey calculations that even a local Wawa in able to perform. Those manual calculations led to mis reporting of financials. So we got our diversity box checked at the expense of having competent employees. Go purple!
