False Postings on Job Board and LinkedIn

Did any one notice, the roles here are open for more than 6 months - they do not hire anyone and keep on posting on LinkedIn and their own job board.
Serious candidates - please do not waste your time interviewing for this company.
 


That's because they're low-balling for open roles since they slashed most budgets across the board - except for the board of course. Gotta make sure the TOP talent gets compensated fairly!

Years ago it was rumored among many across the industry and in the Cambridge/Boston area there fake roles in R&D to bring in candidates from other companies and pump them for info on how they handled things operationally. Like how to best manage a CRO, what systems were in vogue, how to do certain types of reporting etc. Not sure if this is happening still though.
 




new pain launch seems interesting even if only in phase 2... an option to prescribe instead of opioids? who wouldnt be on board with that. any insight to the company? pay / equity / fleet / culture etc?

Odds are we're going to mess it up because no one in leadership here has launched a first-in-class med for a condition like this.

Why would any company use Mix? They recycle their same garbage database over and over again, the companies they have previously staffed for have never utilized their services again due to the level of trash and incompetence brought on…..this industry is so backwards at times. Filling positions is not the same as finding quality people that can make dollars for a company.

agreed mix is absolute trash. actually surprised vertex would use them.. the potential new medicine and the thought process behind it, is quite interesting. Pain management is an extremely tough space to sell in, and will continue to be so. glad i got out when i did...
 


I applied for a pain management job. I was contacted by mix for an interview. I did the phone interview. The recruiter had no info on the job. She didn't know territory boundaries,salary, fleet car, start date ect, bonus structure or anything else.

She made you're company look really bad. Because of this I don't think I'll go onto the next step if invited. I have the feeling this company is very disorganized and doesn't know what it's doing
