Any word on what the merit increase will be?
More like negative 4%Rumor is 4%, but that’s just a whisper in the wind…
Do you need to get a "magnificently, superiorly, walk on water, exceptional" / "magnificently, superiorly, walk on water, exceptional" to get the 4%?Rumor is 4%, but that’s just a whisper in the wind…
4% is not much. Inflation obviously much more. 4-6 percent is the likely range

Expect a Merit Raise of 4% and a Bonus Multiplier of 75%. Overall net savings. Their way of slowly phasing out the bonus program. Thank-you Ashley for setting the precedent in February 2023. That move saved MedTech $1B. I want my $5,000 back. After you leave we will remember you in our dreams. Face it you know that you were never qualified for your position; you were a D&I checkmark. Let’s see where (if) you land in 2024 based on your J&J record of success and accomplishments such as ASP and Robotics.

Big WSJ article today about who is next in line and Ashley’s departure. Interview where she said she wanted to be CEO did not go over well. Taubert and Wolk top contenders.
I noticed that there are some senior manager postings, as well as some associate Director postings. What’s the strategy behind the two different titles?
