No, no, I think this person is doing the right thing by bringing these things to light and not letting them go. One of the things we all hate about this industry is that managers can practically commit murder and never get fired. That should change. If a manager is shit, they should go.

Keep on keeping this going until Axsome holds their managers accountable. Starting with the bar flies that talk a good game, but can’t seem to do anything to support their reps and are an hr nightmare swept under the rug. Those guys suck. Keep calling them out.

Please. I can’t get my manager to come out in the field on a normal day. He’s always “busy” with all those other reps he has. Funny though, when I talk to them, they haven’t seen him in months either.
