"Let's have fun" does that translate to you staying in Florida for a month with your wife so you could fire our RD?

Attention Kite people you had a good run of working less than most of the other lazy Oncolgy sales reps. Be thankful for what you made and what you have. You will be fine and land another overpaid job but might have to work 3 days a week instead of 2. This is the industry, layoffs are part of it, so pull up your big boy pants and move on.
Sounds like you need a hug
I am sure the lawyers had it written for him. They over built this empire even though we told them it was dumb. Now we see the results. Literally hiring a community team was dumb from the get go. Market access payer work goes to Gilead to cut costs. ATCs don’t need help financially anymore with 10 CARt drugs approved now. Marketing is way overbuilt. cut cut cut
Yes. Agree. I'm in the COVID19 BU and the inept "leadership" has been overwhelming starting with K Banks and now Pete is going to be just as bad accept instead of just avoid the business like she did, he's going to try and micro-manage it just like a Primary Care office-based team. It's going to get worse before it ends. Gilead has a serious problem with their upper management. It's got to be some of the worst in the industry.Gilead spent 12 billion on Kite over 5 years ago, spent billions more trying to make it be profitable… so what is the overall Net profit… -16 billion… so why hold the leadership accountable? Get ride of the managers and reps. No ERDs lose jobs in downsizing, no VPs lose jobs they protect their own. #1 problem across kite/gilead is sales leadership the VPs and ERDs are middle managers who are way over paid, lazy and spend all day on job justification . Fire them and start over!
Covid and Hep C are the next business units that will be trimmed down. Gilead is doubling down on their Oncology and HIV business units. One for it’s potential, the other for it’s extremely profitable current and long term opportunities.Yes. Agree. Several CTAM positions are posted on LinkedIn. From how these posts read- seems risky. Any upside or is it a strict hard pass?
LOFL These positions don't really exist. They just had to post the positions publicly. Its a joke.
