Terrible Decision to Buy GW

The GW acquisition was the worst decision ever made by Jazz. I still don't understand it. Their people are terrible. Haven't found a single person from GW that is worth their salt and they are ruining Jazz's culture. They talk in circles, add absolutely 0 value, and some have displaced existing Jazz employees who were high performers and innovative thinkers.

All of R&D is such a joke. Rob has no idea how to run R&D and continues to make R&D overly complex and unproductive. Jazz is going to crash and burn. So sad.
 




Which people are you talking about exactly? Why don’t you name names.

Jazz had R&D? What R&D? A GNC supplement that they commercialized, sold off label and put a rems program around? Or the molecule acquired from SK Life Science eventually sold to Axsome? What part of that is good R&D?

It wasn’t that bad
 








GW employees were paid handsomely and laughed their way to the bank as we unpacked their crappy portfolio. GW employees are very specialized and need to go. Doesn’t help our 5B by 2025 future

Yes one of the girls that I work with sucks- there is no way she’s an associate director. Prob slept her way up…..
