This catalyst call today… does not seem promising for our ASDs and RSMs … wow very concerning and interesting they called out the Roche and Genentech colleagues who have come to our pages offering their feedback and intel on what they went through. Trying to defend this DSO model they are using to destroy Bayer.
 






Yep, RSMs and ABDs are all on borrowed time. Their responsibilities are slowly being stripped away. No more review of expense reports, no more quarterly check in nor will they do year end reviews, peers will do that.

Sadly this very true, I hate to accept it, but it is. I’m very nervous for my boss and director. Any horizontal org chart means you cut upper management and your peers become ur boss. I just wish they would do it sooner than later so they can give these people peace of mind. But out of our control.

at least half need to go, worthless. been playing the system and game way to long and now its all they know

Denny for sure has to go! He is hands the worse director I have had in 25 years. He terrible in the field and always embarrassing. I have to go back in and apologize to my providers when he is me.

Hands down the biggest jackass in the industry! Him and Bill have to be golfing buddies. No one would ever hire an idiot like that without having some personal relationship with them. God I hope his year end has something about working on self awareness. Denny has zero!!
 






Will calls still be going on on Thursday of this week? The confusion and direction is ridiculous, many administrative responsibilities/items are moving to the DSO model come Jan but then we are told business as usual in Jan. I have not seen or heard anything about an IC plan for 24. Is IC going away as expected?
