1. IMPORTANT: In the next few weeks, we will be upgrading the message board software. We expect minimal downtime during the upgrade, and we will attempt to complete this during low-traffic hours. We will post an exact time several days ahead of the switch.

    In preparation for the upgrade, we will be performing board maintenance, such as moving boards to Lost Civilizations where appropriate. Lost Civilizations is a category for companies that have either been dissolved or acquired. The boards serve as both an archive of the old company posts, as well as a place for former employees to reminisce or reconnect, as they will remain open for posting. We may also remove some board threads that have been inactive for several years.

    What do you mean! We are all going to “lean in” and train together. And go forward together. I would like to know how many times the word together was said on that call.

    no about 100 of us won’t be there “together”

    They should have had several people look at that dialogue. It was really bad, tone deaf, and once again not true. So we have to train and keep working so we can hopefully be placed in areas where there are no open positions unless you want to change states? Uhm ok.

    all I heard was they still don’t get it and don’t know what a map of the US looks like.

    terrible.

    areas need to step up and lead and push back before they end up with no culture

    Did they say displaced reps are expected to do the training? I didn’t heard that and just want to confirm.

    He said everyone will be doing the training because they want to upskill us all and it starts May 10. He said it was an “investment” in all of us regardless of our career journey.

    GSK has hit the shallow end of the leadership pool. They rolled over Al then gave us Judy and Kim which was no prize. Now they give us Truck and Joaquin.
