Lol. Mark and Andrew knew that they hired a Sales team that knew what they were doing.

As middle leadership grew we hired from the outside and the RD would not promote from within because they were threatened by a field that knew more than them! They would happily get rid of a top performer if they at all challenged their authority to drive the business into the ground.

Look around at the middle management who is left and notice their very dim performance. This again is why RP needs to get a clue.

Oh you mean they are a sales rep? You are kidding yourself if you think you are providing any more value than anyone else. Everyone knows the whole pharma gig is a sham, it’s just how well you play the game. If anyone is not very bright then it’s you chief!
 












The only Ass Clowns are the ones that think anyone has your back in Pharma, there is a reason that most industries will not hire a Pharma Rep because they literally suck at anything other than delivering lunch, most reps could not get themselves out of a escape room if they had instructions. “Leadership” that yesterday was a colleague will stab you in the back in a heart beat. Seriously most of the managers are just that system processors incapable of their own thought. A manager that is a cheerleader is just that a cheerleader and is scared of the level of leadership above. So take the paycheck, shut up and ride what is left of the wave if you can. But remember it’s easier to look for a new position while you have one than when you don’t. BMS is expanding. Good luck! We all need it!

April proved to be another huge month of inflation -It’s incredible old man Jo has been able to keep inflation crushing us all for well over 3 years…keep printing and giving away money, loser!

Every post on this entire Alkermes board is proof of what toxic organization we’ve become.

You got folks trashing the organization itself, trashing former and current leaders, along with folks trashing and arguing with each other.

Sad part is that we currently have 2 SRD openings, a handful of DBL openings, and soon to be several TBM openings.

question is, what will candidates being interviewed to work here think after they see how toxic of a company we are, after reading these pathetic and embarrassing posts?

I would surely think twice about joining this place.

what a shame.

While CP can, at times, provide nuggets of insight into an organization and the machinations within, we must all remember that it is also full of trolls who don’t work here. In fact, most of the trolls aren’t even in the industry. It’s not rocket science to read a thread or two and then have enough intel to poke the bear.

All that being said, I’d be interested to be a fly on the wall during the managers-only town hall. Even better, the fly listening to those who felt it necessary to call a town hall in the first place.

Give me 5 more paid holidays and two more weeks of vacation (like many places in the industry) and I’d be content to stay.

The company has gone south in the last couple of years for sure, some of the information is definitely warranted. Do better Alks *fixed that for you*

Agreed completely. Always look out for yourself because no one else will, especially at Alkermes! Reps/ Counterparts stabbing each other in the back, complete trash.
 




Get ready for an influx of Sunovion Regionals and DMs. That's going to hurt. They will base everything on their Latuda experience where they contracted aggressively and were on or preferred everywhere. The opposite of Lybalvi. They will have no clue what to do with the situation they are walking into. You think this place is toxic now? Just you wait until the Sunovion RMs and DBLs arrive.
