19 open sales rep positions. I'm sure that will go up in November




Forgot to mention the open territories they aren’t filling. Nashville and Atlanta district haven’t had a manager in a while. It is very telling when turn over is this high. Blame the reps always. Nothing to see at the upper management handling of the company.

what I don’t understand is why the people who are doing poorly are sticking around. So many people are just unhappy but staying here. Why? There are so many other opportunities where you can find a job that actually pays you well and fulfills you. So why are you staying?
 


It's sad to see a once thriving company get run into the ground by poor leadership. Then the reps and DM's are blamed for their incompetence. If this was a publicly traded company with stockholders, senior leadership would have been fired and replaced. Amazing that this has continued for as long as it has.

Yes, complacency is a bad thing. I left and make 50k more on my base.

I think the key word there is usually. I have been a manager probably longer than you have been a rep and I can tell you if I WANT you gone you will be gone. Read the room. Is this place on the upswing? How are they generating the revenue to make the business work with even 200 reps? Kowa will carry the company but trust me they have gotten used to earning significant profits and that time is very short. How is your Blink going? Even if you are the #1 Seglentis rep that alone won't pay your salary. JM and JF are out of their depth and it's like a train wreck I can't turn away. Keep telling yourself you are special.

You must not now or ever worked at Kowa. I will type slow so you can follow. In November, the flagship product that brings in ALL the revenue for the organization currently will go generic. When that happens so will the lion's share of whatever profit Kowa did have. Following now?

Kowa is caput and it couldn't happen to a more serving group of leadership incompetents. You obviously didn't work there, or this would be obvious.

If a District Manager or Regional Business Director want to get rid of you, they will find a way. Open your eyes, that is exactly what is taking place at Kowa in most cases. If you are on a PIP, regardless of your Seglentis performance, I would be looking for another job ASAP. Kowa loses revenue on every Seglentis script. Livalo goes generic in November and the cash cow will start to die. Wake up!!!!
