You know it's a mess when the VP Awards are via webcast. Why even bother with this charade?

 

The charade is how they are given, I can't say earned....

 

"In group" clique members.
"Special groups" members.
"Pizazz in appearance" members.

Pick at least one....a prerequisite IS needed.

 

I must concur with your criteria and add-
"Sales rep moles" with inside connections. Yes they exist and have been reporting to hq how messed up things have become in the field. It is a fact they are involved in routine tc's ahead of cuts giving their take on headcount, access and overall dynamics. There is one planted within every region and they are too obvious. Hint, they are issued different computers linked to hq. No conspiracy, just fact, get in good with them and you are safe next round. That is, if you can find them, usually having private conversations with dco's.

 

Ain't happening you won't identify these people. Most moving on to other areas by June, aka the hop arounds.
