Entyvio reps need to make 4 face to face calls a day. Will someone please tell the idiot leadership this is specialty! Your primary care attitude is ruining the culture and causing employees to leave! How about getting the managed care folks off their butts!!! Are they making 4 calls a day??? We could make 20 a day and it doesn't matter without coveage! Quality vs quantity. Ever since you r*****s started with all metrics, numbers are lagging and morale is at an ALL time low!!! "Plenty of reps will blow this plan out of the water and make 60k they said". Unrealistic BS as always! Takeda look at your leadership it is beyond poor and embarrassing!!!
