Wow, what a fall! The Haupts were the toast of the lab industry in NJ before COVID. Benevolent charity, $50m in business, expansion in IL, FL, NC, GA, MA, NY, CT, PA, MD, and HUGE profits. Is the former Foundation the cause of all the Haupts ills? Can't wait to get bankruptcy notes after the June 23 hearing. They have to report all their debt and any legal issues. IRS, DOJ, NJ AG? If fraud is proved, bankruptcy won't help. They will go after all them personally for the money owed.
 


Word out of Ammon is EH jumped ship as he saw this coming. Took a job as trainer. He only got involved with regulatory stuff. Day to Day was left to AH. Then SH came in late to try to salvage company. Too bad for the them. I did not like their foundation tactic, but I don't want to see anyone bankrupted!
 


Word from Ammon clients is not good. Long result times, trouble getting supplies, no client service reps, phone takes forever to get answered. Feel bad for the employees. The Haupts are getting what they deserve- Foundation karma!!!!
 


Ammon stated in bankruptcy filing they are under DOJ investigation with no charges filed to date. Also lost $14m+ in revenue from NJ Medicaid drug testing changes. This is one shady/criminal lab!

Heard Ammon has no lab director, no lab supervisors, just an incompetent one named P.B. Heard no one also wants to buy the building since it’s associated with Ammon. Also heard that the longest employee was let go of by the Haupts. Can anyone send his or her’s contact information? Would like to get ahold of the contact information for this person so DOJ, IRS, the FBI, and so forth can speak to him/her. Everyone on their so called “executive” team are the incompetent Whites, they’re a racist and crooked company that needs to shut down.
 


Is there ever a post about Ammon on this forum that is positive? How is this lab even still in business? I heard they are barely surviving and need their building sold to stay open. Interesting how losing the foundation also led to loss of business. SH & EH will say COVID ruined their lab, but their bankruptcy filings tells a different story. I am not saying with certainty the foundation was a kickback scheme, but if if walks like a duck and quacks like a duck........
 


unsure if applicable to current employees but former employees have received letters from the irs. apparently the haupts haven’t been taking out taxes from the pay cheques of their workers but yet they took the 2.5 million Covid bailout money for themselves instead of giving it to the folks who work for them.

The company is a lost cause with all the illegal stuff ongoing and the terrible staff. There’s some kristen sherrier and diane fogu left and they’re the watch-dogs for the haupts since they dont come in. We know the haupts like it white. Recent word is out that kristen sherrier will take over the logistic manager position soon…

Don't understand how that place is still open. And she will be able to navigate the drivers and coordinate routes? Please. Wasn't she just an assistant to a party planner originally?

Haha. At least she’s in there five days a week though the haupts like a certain type and she will take over just wait. Feel sorry for the poor sap that’s doing logistics right now but everything comes to an end.

Even though she’s an event planner and not qualified the guy they have doing logistics named rafi singh junior is just there stealing and running his mouth while sitting down all day. The haupts don’t care about qualifications they care about that other thing folks keep inferring about, hint hint “white chocolate”.

They treated their colored employees like garbage and robbed enough. That 2.5 million Covid bailout they took for themselves is just proof. All the big people got away with murder imagine they had that Alice taipina woman who was a nurse in there during Covid and her daughter was working there as an assistant getting $25 an hour. Why? No one was in that building during that time….

just saying they have money for the things that don’t need funding…..

nothing but the truth. why are the haupt kids who never worked there like alison and Michael haupt on pay roll as the employees barely even get the salary or minimum wage they deserve ? The violation here is that these kids have been on pay roll since birth I didn’t know babies could work for a company. gail and steve are both crooked and their son Evan the ceo or whatever is no different.

if they wanted to truly help their employees they’d do what’s right. what have Alison, Andrew, Michael, and even Evan done? The parents robbed their own employees….

Rafi Singh jr is their current logistics guy and he doesn’t even do anything but add to the crookedness….

not sure how qualified sherrier is but maybe she will do better?

the haupt kids are still on pay roll, and all four of them but they somehow have no money for their workers…

the haupts don’t look for qualifications anyone can get into what they desire simple as that. The logistics guy they have now rafi isn’t much of a logistics person either he works from home three days a week and complains about everything as he sits back. Work is coordinated by him to come in at 10am when employees are in at 8am.

maybe sherrier will do better, idk, you guys do the math.

Karmas a real bitch aye?
They fired many colored employees and kept the whites! This company has no where to go. They ruined the entire Laboratory Industry. Ammon Labs is a disgusting face to the world and NEEDS to be closed down. How could you not tell other people that this company is not a racist company. Steve tells nothing but lies lies and more lies. Always reassuring that our pay is going up but, it keeps going down. Maybe The Haupts are doomed…EH, SH, GH and the rest of haupts needs to be in jail for what they’ve done to people…Evil begins when you begin to treat people like things, and the haupts where doing this since they were born.
