I just read thru the bscruptcy documents, no condition whatsoever that building needs to be sold.Somehow that became a false narrative. And with a little research, Ammon does not own building, they lease. The owning company has no stake whatsoever in bankruptcy and no conditions.
ammon is successfully thru chapter 11 and no wrong doing found in investigations. A complete pass!
with that said, the investigations completely crippled Ammon, all the subpoenas completely ruined them only to find out that there were no credible findings of wrong doing and investigation dropped.
such a shame, jealous competitors and ex employees reported false claims.
The government crippled Ammon only to screw themsekves out of any monetary compensation on wrong doing. There’s no money left for the government to claim so they dropped the investigation completely.
curuous to see if Ammon sues NJ/DOJ for complete harassment of 5 years and complete loss of business.
