Very well written post that’s not attacking anything with malice or anger, but just expressing how things are.
But that’s a real shame for Ammon, it seems like the investigation just furthered the mess that they’re in. If clients aren’t happy with them, then that’s not great news. Nevertheless, it makes sense that no big accounts came back and it would be a struggle anyways to rebuild especially with the ongoing issues around. Best of luck to them and the labs out there.
