Right - not Ammon. Ammon filed for bankruptcy - not SH, EH, Northwood or any other entity. Bancruptcy and bancrupty protection only covers the entity filing, their creditors and debtors and does not affect any other entity. It does restrict any transfers between entities. No more bail outs or payouts once bankruptcy is filed.

If you look at Ammon bankruptcy court documents, SH put prob $2m of bail out money into Ammon. The court wrote that off and SH gets nothing back for. Zero reimbursement.
