The VP is a sales rep under the title of VP. He spends his time helping sales reps. He has meetings with KPLs and forgets he is not supposed to practice medicine but does anyway in his discussions. He knows no KOLs he said he did to get the job. He has no idea how to lead. He is dishonest. More than half of Medical Affairs has left since he was hired. No wonder this is his 3rd pharma position is less than 5 years of joining the industry. FDA should look into this but being small, they will stay under the radar and he will continue to get away with it.
