Several senior management members have departed over the past few months.
A very high ranked manager left in Jan/2024, he can have his bonus if stay two more months.
Were these senior managers hear or know insider information that prompted their hasty departures?

So long as you work through the last working day of the calendar year you do get the bonus. So early Jan departure makes perfect sense.

You have to be on the payroll on the date of the bonus payout to get the payout unless they negotiated something. Likely the very senior manager negotiated a special deal AND the company wants that person gone or they are going to get fired so they found something and left.

Go to askgs and read the global bonus policy...

What do you guys think about the latest departure?

Why do you think their departure makes any sense? Senior level manager departure is not a good signal for any company. Even in the mass layoff in 2023, only quite a few managers were impacted.

Makes sense for the individual who left. If you believe it is not a good signal for the company, then you are free to do as you wish...

how did you get such dumb conclusion for the individual left? Do you think Auris is a sinking boat?
We a talking about signal and condition of Auris, why you ask me to leave?

Do you not think the people that left did what was rational (and made sense) for them?

The person who posted said it was a bad signal. All I said you are free to do what you wish. You are inferring leaving which is telling of your state of mind. You can also do other things like pick up the reins and drive improvements....

Wow. Is this the competency level of people working at Auris now? Nowhere is the post did the poster ask you to leave. The poster said do what you want. If the statement that the decision to leave makes sense for the person that left is not true, are you saying that the more likely scenario is that the person who left (not fired) made a decision that was not in their best interest? Who are you? Their parent.

No critical thinking skills. No wondering Auris is tanking and dragging the rest of MedTech down... We lost so many colleagues because of the money "invested" in Auris
