    The bridgeless oldies did not jump anywhere. They had no thought of leaving until their normal retirement years but they were forced out......and inches from bridge eligibility.

    No healthcare or pension money available to them! Punished for being grey?

    They were not punished. They ended up where they are because they didn't sell! We owe then zero! Now move on and zip it!

    To the public Merck maintains an image of a company which care. For a few years they were voted as the best company for working mothers, minorities, etc.

    To the insiders we all know Mother is all about profit and people are disposable.
