    Michele hired Kevin

    In the Liver team. New VP Pete knows all about stooge ERD and incompetent ED.
    The ERD will be gone first, then the ED due to class protection will be once again reassigned for like her 10th time in 12yrs.
    Bank on that as he knows the covid BU has crashed since those 2 took over last year.
    The BU was only given to Pete because he will clean house & Kristi was clueless to sales or what was going on.

    He also hired another RD who was unemployed after being fired with cause .

    New VP Pete knows the complete total disfunction of both K & M.
    He will clean house 1st with K. Given him 6 months and K will be working full time in his family zoo. M might take longer given her profile and likely will be reassigned once again in her career when she is exposed.
    Amazing how 1 poor pathetic hire can expose your own incompetencies.
    She should have hired Joe and culture , engagement, excitement would have been here & 0% turnover vs 40% in a year.
    K&M just horrendous managers. And K even a worse person!

    Covid ERD KC has an addition issue among plethora of other major issues.
    Michele has poor judgement & decision making w low business IQ
    West RD is a sexist drunk
    East RD is not what he seems to be
    If it wasn't for the other 3 RDs, the entire field would bail on this @*$&" show.
    Old VP Kristi Banks hired and allowed K&M to ruined the division
    Kevin hired just the worse RD ever in the West whom mirrors himself and hired a shady RD in East whom was fired by big pharma for shady actions ....
    New VP Pete will see through the BS and cut the head off the KC snake & reassigned Michele for like 100th time in her career.. she needs to be fired but female over 50 protection will keep her employed
    Both are horrible and 2 RDs are not good for two different reasons

    From what I hear, West is a micromanager and east only helps his favorites

    Things are bad. Morale is bad. People want out.
    But this post is, at best, repetitive; at worst lies about both RDs. West hasn’t shown signs of being a drunk, although his history is well known, and micromanaging is not letting up. And East seems to do well by his people—what else can you ask for from him in this culture?

    Either way, it sounds like you definitely need to get out. Unhealthy spot you’re in. Hope PW see the issues and finds a solution.

    What I hear is one is a micromanager and the other plays favorites.

    west has documented history of harassing female employee, prior to this position. Current issues are micromanagement, passive aggressive behavior, and pandering to KCs every contest/biz plan/extra work- wish. wears out reps.

    Not exactly. The person speaks what others have observed. The East RD seems "to do well by his self" first and foremost and then his Region whether or not it's right or not.

    Interesting insights, but FACTS are West RD was fired for stalking a rep.
    IDK about drunk or substance abuse w RDs, other than the ERD who has been in rehab before and still drinks people under the table at NSMs.

    ERD KC hired both West & East. Both have a questionable history, but the West RD is KC drinking buddy. The reps are stuck with him because he is ERD KC only friend .
    Best we start leaving like the 80% of our Region has since he was hired.

    This thread is pretty accurate but even though KC is out of role & can not hire good talent, the first person that needs to be terminated is ED MK. She hired KC and she has made the most piss poor decisions with business as anyone with Gilead. She is nice but thinks she is smarter than anyone with a lower title when in reality she has zero business intelligence. None! She is the head of the snake. KC is the sibling

    Michele is as bad as Kevin.
    Maybe worse in some ways.

    Both are bad!
    Nether can be trusted. (Michele is very deceptive, while Kevin is manipulative and secretive)
    They both have brought the BU crashing down with lack of leadership, motivation, and trust issues.
    If 45% rep turnover since these 2 took over vs 0% before them doesn't spell it out in big red letters, then nothing will.

    Both need to be re-assigned as they have lost the trust , faith, respect of all the field.
    You can never recover from that so all the VP can do to salvage what those 2 destroyed, is to replace them.

    Michele has been moved effective Feb. It only took new VP a month of asking her questions about her business and she bolted for her 6th lateral position in 10 yrs.
    Kevin is the next on the new VP list.
    If VP has seen our Covid BU cluster of general sessions with no motivation, excitment or fun culture, the ax will drop sooner than later.
    Start the hour glass -- or 40% turnover over KC will end up 100% by year end!
