    She needs to be reassigned like she has in every job w Gilead. Leadership & Decision Making is not her strengths.
    Can not even develop a simple hospital IC plan that every company in the industry in the space has. Mind blowing

    Well it looks like new VP Pete made her stop for cup of coffee w Covid team transitional as she is now on the move once again to another pay grade lateral move.
    That is her M.O, she stays in a place 12-24 months until someone figures out she is PC "out of role" then she moves on to another lateral role.
    She probably had more positions w Gilead than any sales leader by staying 1 step ahead of the hammer....
    However she's 10x better than ERD whom is still here.

    She just landed an amazing job. I bet this will be it for her. I bet she won't go anywhere else unless it's retirement. Must be nice.

    Disappointing thing she is 10x better than KC. After hiring him 18 months ago over handful of better qualified canidates, she bolts to her 10th lateral in 10 yrs while leaving us w her poor non leader hire.
    Hopefully Pete is on top of this soon
    (Pre KC 0% turnover. Post M & K 47% turnover, that's all you need to know to understand)

    Hindsight spot on with this post. Pete identify the main issue quickly and moved M out to another Onc crap shoot compound.
    KC turnover is over 50% now with most coming from the West RD whom he hired and loves as a protégé.
    STEM in March is not good.
