Can anyone tell me how much business MiMedx does with critical access hospitals? I hear they are selling these hospitals their most expensive grafts (EpiFix 4x4 & 7x7) I’ve heard it’s a large part of their business. If this is true, they really need to stop acting like they are the one ethical company in this space
All I know is that small hospitals in rural/ small towns are doing more revenue with MiMedx than massive hospitals & wound centers. It’s insanely crazy. They sell regular hospitals their best priced products but sell their worst priced products to the critical access hospitals. It’s the same (but worse) model they used with Department of Defense Accounts in the past.
