Data Errors and Cheated Incentive Compensation

    I am dealing with a situation where a pharmacy states they are reporting data to IMS but my company is not receiving or either not paying for that level of data from IQVIA. I know other reps/companies with this same situation where their company has made adjustments to get the data and fulfill the IC plan. Although it seems crazy that I’ve stayed with the company for this long, I have been told up until the last month, that data would be corrected and backlogged. Now my company has stated they will not purchase the data directly from the pharmacy, use projected data and have not made any strides to correct the data errors that are known throughout all the mid level and upper executives. Additionally, they are saying that it won’t be corrected due to fear and panic to other reps across the country looking for similar errors and lost compensation. This has been happening for the greater part of a year and in turn I have lost tens of thousands of dollars in incentive compensation, bonuses and ranking achievements. It has become clear that my company is getting paid by wholesalers so the end data and credit to me as the sales rep in not of their concern. I am considering legal action for myself but also all the other reps that this is happening to or will happen in the future. What steps should I take at this point?
