Dear Mitch- Its apparent that you don’t care about your employees, especially for the ones that took the big risk of staying on through all the dips. If it was just getting sucker punched on our financial future, I might have kept quiet. But no, you had to make our working life hell by bringing on people you knew were toxic.

So here are a few questions for you

Every Monday afternoon you attended a meeting that reviewed plant capacity and sales. You had Weekly Capacity Reports at your disposal. Don't you remember?

We were limited to a measly 12 workstations throughout most of 2010. We couldn’t even fill those slots. Don't you remember?

Our Market Planning Department, the ones with all the data and responsible for forecasting, projected 2011 sales of $240M in late 2010. That didn’t fit in you’re your plans. Did you choose to ignore or mislead?

I could go on and on but that should keep the lawyers busy for a while.

The last straw was bringing on Rosen. This was after your entire executive board said no. You trumped them all and gave him a two-year contract. For all you lawyers out there here’s a hint to save time. Just pull up the Bayer lawsuit, do a search for Bayer and replace with Dendreon. Okay, here’s another straw. Dan Mini-Me. Rob has already taken credit for inventing the internet among everything else. You’ll have to think of something else to justify your arrogance.

Oh and one last question for Mitch. We’ve all been touched by cancer but you’ve been very vocal about it. How many of those millions you pocketed were donated to cancer research? Thought so!

This the best posting on this site. We applaud your courage to post such provocative and truthful commentary about the events leading to the "Hindinburg-esque" disaster of August 3rd, 2011. We know quite well that Mr. Gold knew well in advance that we would never achieve the numbers he and his henchmen crowed to the investment community. Being a poor and stupid CEO is not criminal but having multiple sources of evidence to demonstrate that the 400 million goal was never a reality is and should be prosecuted.

Who is we and who do you think the henchmen are? Where was the finance directors when all the projections were rolling around? And why the silence?

Sounds like 'we' is a minority (I hope not) and Mitch was deliberately staffing positions with 'ethically challenged' unemployeed and/or unqualified people who couldn't get work any place else and would 'owe him one' if Dendreon hired them. The plus would be that unexperienced people wouldn't know the right questions to ask ESPECIALLY if the Compliance Officer had been muzzled in and then 'let go'.

I wonder if the employees that were/are ethically challenged were promised a high number of stock and $$ when they left the company..if stock was one of the dangling carrots-it doesn't appear to have been a solid option. If investigators were looking into dubious activity, it wouldn't be too difficult to figure out the employees that cashed out along with Mitch or within the time frame of unloading stock while making false projections. I guess part of the fun of conspiracy theories is looking for smoking guns; the laid off employees and investors aren't having any fun.
There must be a paper trail or at least an internet/phone texts trail..if one were an investigator and had a court order to review such things. Since these kind of thing occur throughout corporations, I imagine it is all for naught. It is just another example of greed. With the exception of Martha Stewart, of course.

real heavy shit went down at that physician ad-board/meetiing in Dallas where the company was doing chart reviews about 2 months ago. that's why the head of the MSLs and the MSLs that attended were whisked away in short order...they knew too much of what was going on behind closed doors.

The original message that started this thread has now found it's way onto several other financial and stock boards.

How bout the "Mitch" financing plan? Soon may need "Mitch #2" .....What CEO speaks about the financing plan they agreed to with wallstreet and naming it after themself? Seems a bit fishy, huh?

How about the marketing message...focus on REIMBURSEMENT and the GPO strategy? A little late eh?? Why would a drug with no direct competititon have to offer volume discounts?

Wait until ION and USO realize that Cardinal (2%) is also in the game...should be fun to watch. Mitch and Rosen may go to jail for this scheme as well...While Raj laughs to the bank. I'd love to see the text message and see the phone logs between these criminals.

Rosen has a LOOOONG history of crossing the line when it comes to ethics. He is somehow able to slither out trouble every time while others take the hit. He is a real prick. Watch you backs folks!

Once upon a time Mitchell dressed so fine
You threw the investors a dime in your projections, didn't you ?
People'd call, say, "Beware Mitch, it's bound to be a nickel"
You thought they were all kiddin' you
    You used to laugh about
Everybody that was trying to tell you to be honest
Now you don't talk so loud
Now you don't seem so proud
About having to be lounging in a prison cell.

    How does it feel Mitchell
    How does it feel Mitchell
    To pay for your crimes
    Like a greedy vile unknown
    In a prison cell?

You've gone to the finest computer sales school all right, Mr. Greedy
But you know you were never taught about being a altruistic
And nobody has ever taught you how to live in a penitentary
And now you find out you're gonna have to get used to Bubba
You said you'd never partner and share synergies
With the mystery pharma, but now you realize
Pharma is laughing at your greed and arrogance
As you stare into the eyes of big pharma
And big pharma spits on you and says not now you liar?

    How does it feel Mitchell
    How does it feel Mitchell
To be on your way to prison
    With no direction home
    Like a complete greedy animal
    Like a corporate crook?
You never turned around to see the frowns on the investors and the employees
When they all come down and tried to peddle your product
You never understood that greed ain't no good
You shouldn't let other people get your kicks for you
You used to ride on the backs of investors and employees
Who carried on their shoulders a shelf offering and hard work for you
Ain't it hard when you discover that
Greed really wasn't where it's at
After you took everything you could steal.

    How does it feel Mitchell
    How does it feel Mitchell
    To be on your own
    With a direction to prison
    Like a complete greedy ahole
    Like a Greedy Vile POS?
