It’s all a shell game to keep her employed. Mediocre results as a sales manager and every other role and now always reporting to her BFF so she’s protected. Been going on forever. Just the way it is and Jazz allows it.

She is a highly ineffective leader. She only cares for herself and of nothing for others.
 


You see people "fail upwards" all the time. But at some point, her lack of actual substance will be her downfall. Too many people have figured her out and few are buying into it anymore.
 


Are you all surprised? We were on a call that announced her new role as well as the email announcing it. She listed a totally different job title in her LinkedIn account. She posted "Head of...". Now I look at it and she changed it to Director. Somebody HAD to have told her to quit the lying and change it. Look at her titles and "accomplishments" in LinkedIn, they are all littered with BS. She lists herself as having been a "Region Sales DIRECTOR." That role never existed at Greenwich. She lists "Top 5 ranking". Yeah, out of 8! Oh, and multiple President Club winners in her region? Not a single NAM from her region won in 2019. She is full of it and too egotistical and stupid to realize we can see her lies on her LinkedIn page!

She's an embarrassment to herself and the organization. It's right there in her LinkedIn account people.
 






The peanut gallery is filled with such jealous people. She works harder than everyone in EMD, received corporate awards, blew out the launch, promoted by Julie into marketing in less than 2 years, then Ryan into a strategy position in a year and now doing 6 peoples job. Get a life!
